Entwicklungsingenieur Rotorblattentwicklung (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Design for Manufacturing

Treibe die Entwicklung der nächsten Rotorblattgeneration mit Fokus auf Design for Manufacturing voran. Unterstütze die Optimierung der Konstruktionen hinsichtlich Herstellbarkeit, Prozessstabilität und Serienreife.  Arbeite eng mit der Fertigung und den Lieferanten zusammen, um innovative und wirtschaftliche Lösungen umzusetzen.

 

 

AUFGABEN

 

  • Du analysierst, konzipierst und validierst geeignete Lösungen zur Herstellbarkeit von Rotorblättern.
  • Du arbeitest eng in einem interdisziplinärem Projektteam zusammen, um die Anforderungen der wirtschaftlichen Herstellbarkeit neuer Produkte sicherzustellen.
  • Du unterstützt die Erstellung von Spezifikationen zur Rotorblattherstellung
  • Du identifizierst Fertigungsrisiken, um Qualitätsprobleme zu reduzieren, Kosten zu senken und die Robustheit von Produkt und Prozess zu erhöhen.
  • Du begleitest den Prototypenbau neuer Rotorblätter.
  • Du trägst zur erfolgreichen Entwicklung zukünftiger Rotorblatttechnologien bei.

 

PROFIL

 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau, Werkstoffingenieurwesen, Polymeringenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Faserverbundwerkstoffe (Composites) und Design for Manufacturing
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse der Rotorblattfertigung und umfassende Shopfloor-Erfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise kombiniert mit einer pragmatischen Hands-on-Mentalität und der Neugier, komplexe technische Herausforderungen zu lösen
  • Fähigkeit, eigenständig zu arbeiten und gleichzeitig in einem internationalen sowie interdisziplinären Umfeld erfolgreich zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen zu internationalen Rotorblatt-Produktionsstandorten
