YOUR TASKS

To strengthen our team of 5, we are looking for a full-time commercial clerk (m/f/d) as soon as possible. We offer you a challenging and varied field of tasks with potential for further development in an international environment. You will provide operational support to our controlling team as well as the international engineering team at Nordex SE & CO KG.

 

Your future tasks include:

  • Checking and booking internal development expenses in the monthly financial statements (internal service allocation)
  • Support in applying for, creating and maintaining cost objects in SAP
  • Participation in order requisitions/verification and invoice verification in collaboration with engineering, accounting and purchasing
  • Support in the area-specific activities for the annual financial statements as well as in the budget preparation for the next financial year.

After your successful induction, you ideally have a good overview of the organizational structure, the data processing software and reporting structures and want to develop professionally in supporting our controlling/management with:

  • cost center planning and analysis of plan/actual deviations as well as the determination of a regular cost forecast
  • the application and commissioning of investments, the plan/actual analysis of deviations and the determination of an investment forecast

 

YOUR PROFILE 

We are looking for an employee to support our team in Rostock, Hamburg or Pamplona with the following strengths:

  • Strong understanding of numbers and enjoyment of understanding complex structures 
  • High comprehension and strong analytical skills 
  • Independent, structured and careful way of working with strong teamwork and communication skill

The following qualifications are desirable: 

  • Completed commercial training or studies or relevant professional experience in the area of responsibility 
  • Initial professional experience in the area of controlling/finance in the renewable energy or plant engineering industry
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English and German 
  • Careful, systematic and independent work as well as a high willingness to learn 
  • Confident use of all MS Office applications (especially Excel/Word) and initial experience with SAP ERP (CO) and Power BI
