To support its strong and rapid growth, Nordex Italy is looking for a Spare Parts Support for a 6-month internship for the Roma HQ.
YOUR TASKS
- Support to purchase order creation to satisfy the Service Points needs in terms of spare parts availability.
- Assist in the management of goods receipt flow:
- stock-in-transit materials periodic review and pending delivery notes monitoring.
- Support to warehouse management:
- Service Point’s stock level periodic review in terms of stocked quantity and economical value.
- Monitoring consumption rate.
- Stock value optimization and safety stock definition.
- Management of periodic Service Point’s stocktaking:
- Creation of counting lists based on ABC analyses
- Collect stock counting results
- Assist in managing the data extraction from SAP (eg. counting lists, profit and losses, actual stock…).
- Support to local suppliers’ s management:
- Creating and forwarding purchase orders for oils and greases,
- Pending delivery management
- Data entry and KPIs creation and analyses
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Economic, Engineering management or similar
- Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
- Excellent use of the Office package, especially Excel
- Basic knowledge of SAP and Lean six sigma methodology will be considered as a plus
