YOUR TASKS

 

  • Responsible for safety and improvement of safety within the area keeping up to date with HSE legislation and company safety rules.
  • Lead the service team in the area, planning, setting goals and reviewing performance and KPIs.
  • Responsible for area P&L, business performance and risk management.
  • Ensure efficient operational performance and continuous improvement to drive competitiveness of service in the area.
  • Develop and set the budget for the service area.
  • Forecast business results and delivering to the targets.
  • Manage the customer relationships in the area to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in developing the service business strategy for the region.
  • Review market demands and opportunities for new contracts.
  • Deliver after-market sales opportunities in the area.
  • Communicate and manage strategically important topics with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective management of customer and supplier claims.

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • 5+ years of disciplinary leadership.
  • Business management qualification/experience highly desirable.
  • Experience in the wind energy sector is desired.
  • Formal qualifications in Mechanical and / or Electrical Engineering desired.
  • Worked in large matrix organizations.
  • Experience managing P&Ls & and customer management.
  • Experience managing remote field-based teams .
  • Strong knowledge of business operations and performance metrics.
  • Strong decision making, planning and prioritizing skills.
  • Knowledge about country specific laws and rules.
  • Systematic working approach and problem-solving behavior, result oriented and end-to-end thinker.
  • Ability to work at heights.
  • Willing to travel regularly.
  • Fluent in English and local language.
