Contract Recruiter- Canada (m/f/d)

POSITION SUMMARY
The role of Contract Recruiter directly supports the company’s mission to develop and deliver clean power plants that make 100% renewable energy a reality for the world. As a Contract Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure that we attract and retain top talent.
This role will be located in the Montreal Quebec office under the current hybrid work schedule.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards and social media, to identify and engage with potential candidates.

Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Manage candidate database and ensure accurate recordkeeping.

Partner with hiring managers & Business Partners to create effective job descriptions and person specifications.

Attend job fairs and networking events to promote Nordex USA as an employer of choice.

Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts and professional organization.

Performs other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU HAVE
-
5+ years of experience with full cycle recruiting in a corporate setting.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience working as a recruiter, preferably in the manufacturing or renewable energy industry.

Bilingual in English and French is required.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicable federal and provincial laws and regulations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software, SuccessFactors preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High level of confidentiality and integrity.

Valid driver’s license required for company travel requirements.

Driving is an essential function of the job. Must possess a full valid driver’s license and be insurable under our auto insurance policy. This position will be subject to periodic driver’s abstract checks to confirm continued insurability.

The pay for this role is exempt at $110,000.00 - $124,000.00 CAD annually. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
