YOUR TASKS

• Performing technical PM trainings with a focus on commissioning and/ or installation for internal and external participants on site or at Nordex training facilities.
• Conducting training, Training Concept Development as support (Commissioning, Installation, etc.) and the development of the trainers (global/external/internal/etc.) according to organizational requirements.
• Support of training development groups, for new training concepts (f.e. Prototype, new WT Types, Tools, etc.), consisting of technical experts.
• Responsible for Global Training standardization.
• Qualifying and mentoring of global colleagues with train-the-trainer programs.
• Handover, aligning and quality insurance of training concepts within the regions in the global organization.
• Determine overall effectiveness of content, make improvements, implementing changes, technical notes and spread within the regions.
• Continuous improvement of your professional and personal skills is required.

YOUR PROFILE

• Leadership and mentoring skills.
• Is able to lead training groups in a global environment.
• Preferably University Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent or proven relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in training development of technical training with modern training techniques.
• Experience as technical trainer with preferably certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) desirable.
• 5 + years of professional experience in the technical field, ideally in installation, commissioning or service of wind turbines and/or construction sites.
• Very good spoken and written English skills, Spanish and German language skills are a plus
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable speaking to audience.
• Role Model for the trainer community, teamwork, high self-motivation and enthusiasm.
• The position is located in Porto with willingness to travel national and international (up to 50%).
