YOUR TASKS

 

  • Design, implement and support solutions on our Global SF system within the HR Area (Nordex People & Culture). 
  • Playing a crucial role in the digitalization of processes or rollout of new SF modules or applications.  
  • Taking responsibility for Administration processes in Employee Central and other platform components as part of the daily operations.  
  • Apply agile methodology in daily operations and implementation projects. 
  • Provide best-practice guidance on SF processes and keep abreast of upcoming SAP releases and features. 
  • Work in collaboration with IT to monitor and facilitate integration to downstream systems. 
  • Collaborate with Global & Local P&C Operations on digitalization topics.

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent(s). 
  • 5+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors system(s). 
  • Proven configuration and data management experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. 
  • Project Management experience in the digitalization of HR processes will be considered a big plus. 
  • Basic experience working and monitoring integrations with downstream systems (SAP) in collaboration with IT counterparts. 
  • Willingness to work across the different modules of the suite as well as other products on our landscape. 
  • Detailed and results oriented individual who takes initiative to solve problems, find solutions and drive projects autonomously
