YOUR TASKS
- Design, implement and support solutions on our Global SF system within the HR Area (Nordex People & Culture).
- Playing a crucial role in the digitalization of processes & rollout of new features, modules or applications.
- Taking responsibility for managing our Learning system from a technical standpoint in alignment with business stakeholders actively using the platform.
- Apply agile methodology in daily operations and implementation projects.
- Provide best-practice guidance on SF processes and keep abreast of upcoming releases.
- Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules.
- Work in collaboration with IT to monitor and facilitate integration between tools.
- Provide support services and product improvements based on the Global P&C Community feedback, training them, and providing guidelines when necessary.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and global P&C community ensuring that the system is used in the correct way and following defined guidelines.
YOUR PROFILE
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent(s).
- 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience working with SAP SuccessFactors and knowledge in Global HR policies, practices, and processes.
- 5+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors system(s) modules.
- Proven configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning in a multinational project and context (certification will be considered a plus).
- Willingness to also work on other modules and applications in SuccessFactors (such as Performance, Succession or Employee Central) but also in other tools available in the landscape.
- Strong communication profile able to establish relationships with stakeholders.
- Detailed and results oriented individual who takes initiative to solve problems, find solutions and drive projects autonomously.
- Experience with reporting (Story, Canvas) and API’s (SFAPI, OData, Integration Center) will be considered a big plus.
