YOUR TASKS

 

  • Track all new upgrade requests and monitor progress throughout the process phases – from request to implementation.
  • Plan, steer, and execute product implementation projects from requirements analysis to rollout, including detailed project plans, status reports, and proactive risk management.
  • Serve as the interface between customers, internal departments, and external suppliers, ensuring alignment and follow-up on open points to drive execution and guarantee smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to time, cost, and quality objectives across all project phases.
  • Develop and implement KPI tracking systems and present results regularly to stakeholders.
  • Design and implement new processes for Upgrade Sales operations within Nordex Regions and Service Sales Engineering, while introducing and managing tools that enhance efficiency and performance across teams.
  • Act as Lifetime Manager and Product Owner for implemented tools, ensuring continuous optimization.

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management within an industrial service organization.
  • Proven track record in project management, ideally in product implementation or technical sales environments.
  • Deep methodological knowledge of project management principles and tools (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Familiarity with process design, KPI tracking, and efficiency improvement tools.
  • High level of initiative and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with a structured, detail-oriented, and reliable approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with intercultural awareness; experience in client communication is an asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Business fluent in English - we’re not expecting Shakespeare, but you should feel comfortable speaking in interviews and daily meetings with international colleagues.
