YOUR TASKS

 

  • Be part of the central P&C Systems Support team  
  • Provide first level support and training to all users for SAP SuccessFactors 
  • Support SAP SuccessFactors Module Owners by driving and multiplying changes  
  • Build up close communications with the countries and act as a strong interface  
  • Take an active part in the system improvement for usability and data quality 
  • Participate in global HR software implementation projects 
  • Actively participate in the general P&C process improvement with functional Process Owners 


YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Previous Experience as user/admin in SAP SuccessFactors modules, maintaining data and following process guidelines  
  • Willingness to gradually develop configuration know-how in our existing P&C Systems (SF certifications/training are an advantage). 
  • Experience in supporting users with technical questions 
  • Detail and solution-oriented personality 
  • Analytical mindset and affinity for IT systems 
  • Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish or German are an advantage) 
  • Striving for optimization with willingness to support operational HR departments
