THE PURPOSE
As part of our Global Service organization within the After Sales Engineering department and for our Aftersales Engineering Team Porto, we are looking for a motivated and experienced team leader. You will become part of our energetic Aftersales team and contribute to driving the global aftersales developments of the Nordex Group. You will lead the upgrades development activities globally role.
YOUR TASKS
- Lead a team of Technical Sales Specialists.
- Secure developments and support of upgrade products in line with the budget including monitoring and pacing of upgrades sales pipeline.
- Support technical requests and after sales roadmap plan including forecasting in collaboration with the team.
- Provide technical interface upgrade sales team and company engineering, manufacturing and program/product management representatives.
- Research customer technical requirements.
- Prepare and conduct technical briefings for customer and company representatives focusing on unique selling proposition and specific customer benefits.
- Handle administrative tasks for team leadership
YOUR PROFILE
- Technical university degree, ideally with professional experience in an technical industrial organisation.
- Experience from the Wind Industry and first track record of successfully leading a team would be an asset.
- Analytically strong with a structured, careful and reliable way of working.
- Excellent technical understanding and communication, presentation skills, intercultural awareness, and experience in product management would be an asset.
- Cooperative working style, good team understanding and flexibility.
- Fluency in English
