YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

• Investigating claims and determining liability in accordance with our contracts as well as any applicable laws and regulations;
• Negotiating claims with supplier and subcontractor in cooperation with sourcing;
• Drafting of notices of liability, claims and settlement agreements, in cooperation with the service regions and service back-office team as well as our Sourcing, Legal and Insurance departments;
• Maintaining records of all claims and related documentation;
• Supporting Service Regions in claim activities;
• Analyze and report our claims, effectively communicate the resulting "lessons learned" within the company and optimize our claim and contract management process;

YOUR PROFILE

• Studies in business administration, law, or alternatively industrial engineering or other relevant experience/ background;
• Practical experience in claim management or similar background;
• You have a strong interest in complex, technical issues and have a good eye for details;
• You are not afraid to give your opinion and stand your ground;
• You enjoy working in international teams;
• You are fluent in written and spoken English;
