Control Centre Operator (Porto)
Nordex Group is seeking a highly motivated Operator for our Global Control Centre to support our national and international service teams and customers in their daily activities.
YOUR TASKS
- Interacting with and supporting operational activities for our Service teams and customers.
- Pre-processing and solving of customer requests (phone, email) via ticketing system.
- Work as operator under a shift schedule 24/7 operation of a 1st level control room for wind turbines.
- Planning and scheduled turbine remote actions based on requests.
- Work according to process description and work instructions.
YOUR PROFILE
- Polite and service-oriented manners as well as good communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory, Spanish, or German is considered a valuable skill.
- Excellent and genuine commitment to exceptional customer service.
- A general, good technical understanding is required.
- High attention to detail and ability to be self-motivated.
- Previous work experience relating to the sector is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills including use of various software programs.
- Having a college diploma or a technical background at level 4 would be an advantage for candidates.
