YOUR TASKS
- Support the Quality Manager (QM) on technical non-conformities and ensure compliance with ‘Management of Change’ procedures.
- Assist the Site Manager (SM) with Quality Gate 1 and incoming goods inspections.
- Collaborate with the SM, QM, and Civil Project Engineer on pre-erection anchor cage and foundation checks.
- Help prepare and verify pre-erection documentation, statutory inspections, and reports before release.
- Organize and support the Gate 23 process alongside the SM and QM.
- Collect and manage data for reporting and handling NCRs and incidents using UPVISE, ServiceNow, or other tools.
- Maintain communication with QM for ordering and tracking missing parts and requisition notes.
- Resolve quality deviations (de-snagging) to ensure a smooth handover to the customer and long-term turbine performance.
- Ensure all installation and finishing activities are executed safely and efficiently, meeting the highest standards of quality.
YOUR PROFILE
- 3–5 years of experience in Site Management or Site Supervising, preferably in renewable energy projects.
- Proficient in basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures such as LOTO, electrical safety, fall protection, and hazardous materials.
- Experienced in construction, installation, finishing, and mechanical testing procedures.
- Skilled in using mechanical measuring tools and hydraulic torquing/tensioning tools (e.g., HyTorc, ITH).
- Fluent in English - we’re not expecting Shakespeare´s, but you should feel comfortable speaking in interviews and daily meetings with international colleagues
- Holds a valid driver’s license and is able to work across multiple project sites.
