YOUR TASKS
- Ownership and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform (supporting business and IT processes)
- Backlog management and requirements analysis for new ServiceNow workflows, project preparation & implementation
- Steering of ServiceNow related projects as well as Change & Release Management
- Monitoring, troubleshooting and enhancement of integrations to other IT services, e.g. SAP
- 2nd Level support of the platform and coordination of external support and development teams
- Maintaining a close relationship with our business key users and stakeholders
- Development of user training concepts and documentation
- Continuous knowledge improvement of ServiceNow related technology, standards, and best practices;
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, or other equivalent education;
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow, in particular ITSM, ITOM and CSM;
- You have a passion for a customer and result driven way of working;
- Knowledge in support processes (ITIL) and project management methodology (PRINCE2) are another benefit;
- Excellent skills in English - we’re not expecting Shakespeare, but you should feel comfortable speaking in interviews and daily meetings with international colleagues;
