YOUR TASKS
- Designing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent.
- Developing and maintaining the company's employer brand, including creating content and participating in events and activities related to employment.
- Managing the company's presence on social media and other communication channels to promote the employer brand and attract potential candidates.
- Coordinating and conducting recruitment processes, from posting job openings to interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with Universities, Business Schools and other key stakeholders.
- Evaluating and continuously improving recruitment and employer branding strategies to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identifying and evaluating AI tools and technologies that can be used to improve recruitment processes and outcomes
- Collaborating in internal communication and special local and corporate projects.
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree or Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- English level: C1.
- Ms Office: advanced.
- Leadership, Communication, Proactivity, Result-orientation, Planning and Organization skills.
- At least 8 years of experience within the Recruitment area in multinational companies (renewable energy companies would be an added value).
