People and Culture Technical and Staff Functions Intern (m/f/d)

As part of our growth, We are hiring a P&C Technical and Staff Function Intern (m/f/d) in People and Culture Department. The main tasks and responsabilities will be as follow:
MY TASKS:
- Assistance in reporting monthly GLF Engineering KPIs
- Organization of events in the engineering area
- Control of clocking in/out and notification of absences
- Documentation submissions and employee consultation assistance with support from the Engineering P&C technician.
- Filling of labor documentation
- Processing of risk sheets
- Support to the department in performing other functions
MY PROFILE:
- Bachelor degree in Law, Psicology, Human Resources or similar
- Human Resources Master is valuable
- Proficiency level in English is needed (C1)
- Proactive, creative and dinamic profile is required
