P&C Coordinator Technical & Staff Functions (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:
- Partner with business leaders to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR support.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement talent development strategies to support business objectives.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the recruitment and retention of top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, as well as federal and state employment laws.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to deliver high-quality HR services to the business.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Labor Relations or Business Administration.
- Leadership skills and high commitment.
- 7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- SHRM certification preferred.
- Highly motivated and experienced HR professional with a passion for driving business objectives through strategic HR support.
