P&C Coordinator Technical & Staff Functions (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR support.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement talent development strategies to support business objectives.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the recruitment and retention of top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, as well as federal and state employment laws.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to deliver high-quality HR services to the business.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Labor Relations or Business Administration.
  • Leadership skills and high commitment.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • SHRM certification preferred.
  • Highly motivated and experienced HR professional with a passion for driving business objectives through strategic HR support.
