Head of Controlling PM/EPC

DEPARTMENT:  Controlling / Finance


  • Control of Concrete Towers, Logistics (Inbound&Outbound) and Global Project Managamen (PM) &Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) reporting to VP Finance Operations
  • Leading a team of controllers globally in Concrete Towers, Logistics and PM/EPC
  • Work closely with SVP of global function PM/EPC
  • Manage Forecast & Budget Process with deviation analysis and counter-measures
  • Control budget, define and drive saving and efficiency initiatives
  • Establish metrics incl. performance management & KPIs dashboard
  • Drive continuous improvement in global organisation PM/EPC



  • Master Degree.
  • Financial&Operational Business Partner of SVP PM/EPC.
  • Strong management and analytical competencies.
  • Analytical thinking, team spirit and drive.
  • Profound knowledge of SAP R/3, SAP BI/BO, JDE, MS Office.
  • Problem solving thinker and anticipates potential problems, supports root cause analysis, evaluates robustness of corrective action plan and oversees plan implementation.
  • Fluent English and Spanish, German nice to have.
  • Min. 3 years of professional experience in controlling.
  • Track record in leadership of driving cost reduction and efficiency program in construction area.
  • Experience and background in project management & construction.
  • Experience coordinating, facilitating discussions, consultation and conflict resolution skills.
