Controlling Operational Excellence (m/f/d)

MISSION: increase the control and response about Stocks needs and implementation the Controllong Excellence Road Map.

TASKS:

• Preparing the Stock report for the GLF NAC and working capital impacts.
• Analysis and definition of corrective measures for the stocks.
• Ensuring regular inventory audits and keeping stock purchasing within budget and procedures
• Analysis the current suppliers payment terms and deviation
• Organizing, planning, managing and Implementing the Financial process for the Finance Excellence Strategic road map on time.
• Reviewing designs, plans, and specifications to ensure that they meet industry standards and legal requirements.
• Make internal Audits to ensure the quality of the process.
• Governance: being responsible for ensuring all the company finance processes are implemented and respected.
• Modelling: be able to prepare modelling to support the Business. Cases demanded.
• Give support and collaboration with other projects and task given.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, Economics ,Business Administration or a comparable  education/qualification

• Very good knowledge of analyzing and optimizing SAP-based Controlling and Finance , Manufacturing and Stock Management  processes

• Open to learn and adopt the existing customized functions.
• Core consulting skills (analytical thinking, structured work, relationship management and communication).
• Very Familiar working with project management tools.

• Developer of new solutions responding to the business needs.
• Industry knowledge in mechanical and plant engineering desirable.

• High English level, written and spoken.

• Advance XLS level, Power Query and Power BI.
