Job Name / Nombre del Puesto: Blade repair specialist technician
General description / Misión:
Be reference on blade inspection and repair ensuring Nordex Acciona standards are fulfilled.
Assist remotely and field support to the projects in terms of blade status assessment, repair
definition and repair suppoft.
Responsible for the blade repairs, material definition, material control and blade repair tooling
management.
Tasks / Funciones:
Be responsible to report daily the working progress and time control for the
inspection/repair/retrofit campaigns.
Be responsible to create and review blade inspection/repair repofts accoÉding to Nordex Acciona
strengthen relationships to key stakehotders (Locat teams, Gtobal support,
functions).
Develop a teamwork environment within the Organization and Service's staff in order to ensure
quick and efficient response to customer demands, blade reliability issues and availability levels
Develop in cooperation with the global blade service function an inspection and repair guides in
order to ensure standardize methodology is applied globally in all projects.

REOUIRED PROFILE / PERFIL REOUERIDO (not mandatory for Division Europe)
Qualification/Training / titulación/Formación: B.E / Diploma or similar Technical Degree / ITI
Complementary Training / Formación Complementaria:
MS Office (Word Excel Powerpoint, Outlook), SAP
GWO
Specific blade related training will be valuable (blade B or similar).
Profile / Perfil:
1. 4 years demonstrative experience in similar positions
2. Experience in structural repairs will be valueable
3. Be able to interpret repair procedures as well as material definition
4. Excellent analytical thinking and strong sense of organization and planning
5. Teamwork and team maker.
6. Strong communication skills with a willingness to teach, coach & guide.
7. IRATA L1, Anettva OFI or equivalent mandatory.
Languages/Level / Idiomas/Nivel:Ability to communícate in English effectively. Both written and spoken English
Other information / Otra información:
Reason or need for the iob I Motivo o necesidad del puesto: The workload on blade
repairs is increasing and additional blade repair teams need to be created to improve the
response for our customers and cost improvement.

1. Must have previous experience in wind energy as a blade repairtechnician with a level III
or Lead tech.
2. Experience in Nordex Acciona blades Technology is a plus.
