Mission / Misión:

Technical and administrative support on the activities related to the operation and maintenance
of Wind turbine blades in Mulanur WF;
Support on the management and control of resources related to the activities of inspection and
repair of Wind Turbine Blades across the region;
Ensure the observance of the EHS, QMS, and normative requirements in the whole extension of
inspection and repairs procedures for Wind Turbine Blades across the region;

Functions / Funciones:
Elaboration and revision of documents:
Support on procedures and reports;
Support the team on the analysis of the repair/inspection result reports;
Elaborate and update the processes documents;
Technical support on the operating blade fleet:
Support on the availability analysis;
Support on the RCAs, including visits in the WF with possible clìmbing up on the WTG;
Support on the defect analysis and its categorization.
Back-office support to the field teams:
Elaborate and update the KPI's to monitor the safety and quality of fie.ld campaigns;
Organize the people documentation, including training and certification requirements;
Manage the database for the area management;
Support on the technician's travel

Resources management support:
Support the coordinators on the tools and equipment's management;
Support the coordinators on sending the tools and equipment to the destination WF;
Support the coordinators on the materials and stock management;
Researching and development of new materials, methods and solutions for blades repair and
inspection.

Immediate superior / Superior jerárquico: Head Service / Blade Service Coordinator

REOUIRED PROFILE / PERFIL REOUERIDO
Qualification/Training / Titulación /Formación: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is a
must.

Complementary Training / Formación Complementaria: Domain in MS Office and basic
knowledge in Power BI. Courses in Logistics or foreign business areas will be a plus.

Profile / Perfil: Dynamism, Strong Problem Solving Skills, Work Under Pressure, Oriented to
Results, Persistent and Committed.

Languages/Level / Idiomas/Nivel: English (proficiency level),.Spanish wi.ll be a plus

Experience / Experiencia: Experience working on the wind industry, preferable in the blade
services area, Experience with multicultural and multilanguage work environment, Experience in
the elaboration of procedures, processes flowcharts, KPIs and Root Cause Analysis.

Previous experience with blade service administrative processes or coordination of field campaigns will be a plus.
