POSITION SUMMARY
The role of Accounts Receivables Coordinator directly supports the company’s mission to develop and deliver clean power plants that make 100% renewable energy a reality for the world. As the Accounts Receivables Coordinator, you will work within the Finance and Accounting Department and will be responsible for managing invoicing, incoming payments, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records and reports to support the organization’s cash flow.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Generates and distributes accurate invoices to customers, ensuring all details are included to facilitate prompt payment.
- Manages the receipt of payments from customers, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately in the accounting system.
- Reconciles customer accounts and addresses any variances.
- Monitors accounts receivable aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts, implement collection strategies to minimize outstanding balances.
- Responds promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding invoices and account status, creating strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and timely payments.
- Prepares and analyses accounts receivable reports for management review, providing insight into payment trends and customer behaviour.
- Performs month-end closing duties ensuring alignment with Finance and Accounting Department.
WHAT YOU HAVE
- High School Diploma Required
- Two-year college diplomas is preferred
- 1-3 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
- Knowledge of accounts receivable
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- SAP S4HANA A/R experience highly desirable
- Proficient in data entry and management
- Organizing and prioritizing

- Ability to successfully complete all Canadian regulatory laws surrounding pre-employment screening requirements.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada. No immigration sponsorship is available for this role.
- Valid passport and ability to travel to the United States for occasional business trips.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory. Spanish and/or German is a plus.
- Driving is essential to this role. A full, valid driver’s license and insurability under our auto policy are required. We will conduct periodic driver’s abstract (driving record) checks to confirm ongoing insurability.

- Speak and understand English fluently to effectively communicate safety and job-related information, follow safety instructions, and collaborate with English-speaking supervisors and team members.
The pay for this role is non-exempt at $22.00 - $26.00 CAD hourly with up to a 5% bonus. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
