We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Team Assistant who can provide essential support to our teams and contribute to the efficient operation of our activities. YOUR TASKS: 

  • Prepare polished and accurate documents, presentations, and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and internal systems.
  • Support the planning and coordination of internal events, workshops, and client or stakeholder visits, ensuring smooth logistics and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to keep documentation for audits, compliance processes, and ongoing projects complete, organized, and up to date.
  • Track open actions, follow up with relevant team members, and proactively ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Provide operational support to the Project Management and Service teams when required, including planning assistance, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Assist with basic procurement activities, such as material orders, supplier coordination, and tracking of requests.
  • Manage office supplies, shared resources, and general administrative needs to ensure an efficient and well‑organized working environment.
  • Support in travel management and expense reporting.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in Administration, Business Management or related fields.
  • Previous experience in administrative, assistant, or operational support roles, ideally in technical, industrial, or multinational environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (especially Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint and SharePoint).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creative thinker and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Service-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude.
  • Proactivity, autonomy, and the ability to anticipate team needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
