As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Planner to support the successful delivery of projects across Nordex Oceania. The role will support the successful delivery of projects through effective planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project controls activities throughout the project lifecycle.
 
 
YOUR TASKS:
 
  • Develop, maintain and update project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives and key milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks and delays, and provide reliable forecasts and recovery plans where required.
  • Support tendering and project execution activities through the preparation of planning schedules and programme updates.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement and Site teams to ensure accurate and integrated project planning.
  • Track critical path activities and key project deliverables to support successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare and present regular planning reports, schedule updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Ensure planning processes, schedules and reporting comply with company standards and project requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning tools, methodologies and project controls practices across Nx Oceania.
 
 
YOUR PROFILE:
 
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a planning, scheduling, or project controls role within engineering, construction, renewable energy, infrastructure, or other project-based environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, with proven experience developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, forecasting outcomes, and supporting project delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications in Planning, Scheduling, or Project Controls are desirable.
  • Experience within the renewable energy sector and/or international matrix organisations will be highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, manage multiple priorities, and deliver accurate planning outputs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Project, Engineering, Procurement, and Site teams
