Global Sourcing Service Manager

- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations and contract award recommendations.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for operational services and spare parts, ensuring alignment with global procurement objectives and regional business needs.
- Manage key service categories including crane services, maintenance labour, blade inspection and repair services, statutory inspections and spare parts procurement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors and service providers to ensure quality, reliability and performance.
- Act as the key sourcing partner for the Service organisation, supporting operational teams with efficient and cost-effective procurement solutions.
- Drive supplier performance, identify opportunities for cost optimisation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor sourcing activities against budget targets, tracking savings, cost avoidance and procurement performance.
- Prepare sourcing recommendations and business cases for management approval, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with regional stakeholders and global sourcing teams to ensure consistency, compliance and execution excellence.
- Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies, contractual requirements, safety standards and applicable regulations.
YOUR PROFILE:

3+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Supply Chain Management, ideally within the wind, energy, engineering or industrial services sectors.

Proven experience managing supplier tenders, RFQs, commercial negotiations and contract awards.

Strong knowledge of service procurement, contractor management and supplier relationship management.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.

Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills, with experience in budget management and cost optimisation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across regional and global teams.

Self-motivated and proactive professional, capable of driving initiatives independently while aligning with global strategies.

Experience in international or matrix organisations and Spanish and/or German language skills will be highly regarded.
