YOUR TASKS:

 

  • General assistance in managing the business unit.
  • Manage the daily activities of the person you report to.
  • Organization of agendas and meetings and preparation of minutes.
  • Preparation of various types of documentation, protocols and presentations.
  • Preparation of plans and statistical summaries.
  • Document tracking.
  • Coordination with other departments.
  • Active participation in the improvement of internal processes (planning, cost, etc.)

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Minimum experience of 2 years on the profile.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, engineering degree will be an attitude.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English.
  • Valuable other languages.
  • Master of communication.
  • Possibility to work in a multifunctional position.
  • Ability to handle a heavy workload and multiple demands.
  • A proactive and independent person with flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes.
  • Creative, organized and discreet person.
