Junior Local Operation Manager

YOUR TASKS:
- Responsible for environmental and employee health and safety
- Accountable for the daily management and the overall operations of the local area in accordance with maintenance contract as well as being the main contact point for customers
- Assessing and reporting on power site performance and developing strategies for improvement
- Manage the local service team, as well as hire and onboard new service technicians
- Ensure proactive readiness to maximize performance for new projects as well as current projects including availability of tools, resources, vans, reporting, etc.
- Responsible for the CSO P&L, driving the cost in accordance with the identified budget
- Manage operational KPIs to ensure high service standards within the Local area
YOUR PROFILE:
- 6+ years experience in the wind or other relevant industry depending on experience and education
- 3+ years of functional / disciplinary leadership or in a planning role
- Experience of managing remote field-based teams is desire
- Vocational qualification
- Formal qualifications in Electrical Engineering - mandatory
- Business management qualification/experience highly desirable GWO qualifications
- Good English
