MISSION: Project management that strengthen Site Supervision team.
TASKS:
- Cooperation and independent management of internal and cross-disciplinary projects in the field of Project Management, Site Execution and PM/ EPC.
- Support and further development of Supervision standards & tools to ensure the Global PM/ EPC processes in terms of HSE, Quality, Time and Cost.
- Monitoring and improving existing processes within Supervision and (if necessary) in the interfaces also with Stakeholders.
- Development and implementation of measures and / or alternative Supervision processes to increase efficiency, in coordination with the operational, commercial and technical stakeholders at Nordex.
- Support in the creation of relevant Supervision key figures and provision of decision-making bases for the management level.
- Supporting the Global Supervision Hubs on the required monthly business reporting, as unified and centralized.
YOUR PROFILE:
- University degree in e.g. (economics) engineering, business administration, renewable energies or equal qualification.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, Power BI.
- Excellent English skills, both verbally and written; further language skills (e.g. German, Spanish) are an advantage.
- A good intercultural awareness demonstrated through experience in working in international contexts - Ability to take initiative and high degree of motivation within dynamical environments - Ability to develop ideas and promote them amongst others.
- Strong communication, team-working and problem-solving skills.
- Independent, structured and target-oriented working.
- Entrepreneurial thinking & strong end-to-end thinking.
- Ability to work on several tasks concurrently.
- High comprehension skills and distinct analytical abilities
- Minimum 1-2 years professional experience in the field of project/ process management, PMO or similar necessary - Experience in the wind power industry is an advantage.
- Availability to travel: approximately 25% annually.
