Senior Transaction Executive (m/f/d)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Transaction Executive to join our team.  The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of complex project transactions, contributing to deal structuring, negotiations, and due diligence coordination across a diverse portfolio of assets.

YOUR TASKS: 

• Support the team in the design and structuring of transactions, including the preparation of term sheets and participation in negotiations of final agreements.
• Assist in managing internal approval processes, ensuring compliance with governance and corporate requirements throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Contribute to the structuring and execution of project sale processes, including negotiation of binding agreements and internal approval processes.
• Coordinate and oversee due diligence processes for both vendor-led and third-party projects, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and alignment with transaction objectives.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification will be considered an asset.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar position preferably within infrastructure, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Availability to travel.
