Global Pricing Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

  • Closely work with Sales teams all over the world to understand market characteristics, support and guide them on pricing decisions.
  • Model Nordex’s products competitiveness in different markets, using commercial studies and other critical soft factors conclusions to create a Pricing Strategy.
  • Study project specific intel to draw competitiveness conclusions and compile them in a company wide database.
  • Achieve a deep understanding of our customers’ business case KPIs and other factors that affect customers’ decisions for each market involved in.
  • Build and foster a close relationship with Project Optimization department to identify markets which could benefit most from technical improvements value.
  • Develop commercial analytics tooling and train sales team on its use.
  • Generate reports, analysis, and trainings to support Sales pricing strategic decisions.
  • You can look forward to taking over responsibility and using creative leeway in multiple tasks.
  • Collaborating with an international team and great colleagues.
  • Developing further existing tools and creating new ones.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Controlling, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or similar.
  • Leadership skills and high commitment.
  • Several years of experience in a sales support, project procurement or product strategy position.
  • Commercial and Technical Wind Expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Capability to interact within a multicultural environment with people at departments and levels.
  • Autonomous working capabilities and an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, demonstrating the ability to drive initiatives to success within a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills: Well-structured, highly analytical and solution-oriented mindset with flexibility to think outside of the box and deal with uncertainties.
  • Proficiency in tools and programming languages: Strong experience with MS Office with emphasis on Excel and financial models, Power BI, SQL databases and tooling development experience also preferred.
  • Highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for driving business objectives through strategic.
  • Available to travel occasionally.
