Executive Assistant (m/f/d)

The Executive Assistant is responsible for giving support to SVP Global Service Operations and the Management Team of Global Sales. Workload should be balanced 50/50 in between both departments (Service Operations & Global Sales)

Global Sales support will happen in coordination with another management assistant located in Hamburg.

 

YOUR TASKS:

 

  • Executive agenda and stakeholder management: Own and optimize the manager’s calendar, and ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders
  • Global coordination and meeting governance: Prepare, structure, attend and follow up on global internal meetings and workshops; ability to travel 3-4 times per year
  • Strategic support in Sales & Marketing initiatives: Support the manager in monitoring key events (e.g. Global and local Fairs), organizing our participation in such
  • Communication and reporting for leadership: Draft high-quality presentations, reports, and executive summaries for senior management
  • Confidential and operational support: Manage sensitive information with discretion, while also handling travel planning, expense control, purchasing and logistics for both global departments, and other operational support

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • ISSA Certificate studies or similar
  • Proved international experience, including working across multiple regions and cultures within a global matrix organization
  • Strong understanding of the position and its tasks
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Five years of experience in similar position and performing tasks
  • C1 Spoken and Written English. Spanish & German knowledge valued
