The Assistant Management is responsible for giving support to the Head of Area in the Global Sourcing team performing the following tasks:

 

 

YOUR TASKS:

 

 

  • Executive agenda and stakeholder management
    Own and optimize the manager’s calendar, prioritizing critical Global Sourcing topics (e.g. Sourcing Boards, Risk and Opportunities, areas weekly reporting, etc.), while ensuring alignment with key internal stakeholders (Operations, Engineering, Finance) and strategic suppliers
  • Travel Management: Manage the end-to-end organization of the Head of Area’s international travel, including visas and documentation, flights, accommodation, transfers, and detailed itineraries. In addition, coordinate and route travel approvals for global teams in liaison with the corporate travel agency, ensuring compliance and cost control
  • Strategic support in sourcing initiatives: Coordinate leadership initiatives, workshops and processes, ensuring clear internal communication and alignment across global teams. Own end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale international events (up to 300 attendees). Manage the full event cycle: Planning, logistics, on-site execution and post-event analysis. Contribute to supplier selection and rate negotiations to support budget optimization
  • Communication and reporting for leadership: Draft high-quality presentations, reports, and executive summaries for senior management, with a focus on supply chain performance and market trends
  • Confidential and operational support: Handle sensitive information (e.g. contracts, negotiations, supplier matters) with the highest level of discretion

 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

 

  • Proved international experience, including working across multiple regions and cultures within a global matrix organization
  • Strong understanding of the position and its tasks
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Five years of experience in similar position and performing the tasks
  • C1 Spoken and Written English
