YOUR TASKS:

 

  • Secure order intake targets while representing NX in front of the customer working hand in hand with the HQ based Aftermarket Sales Specialist and Backoffice Team.
  • Reporting dotted line to the Director Global Aftermarket Sales while being part of the disciplinary reporting line of the regional Service Director.
  • Secure the budget and order intake is achieved.
  • Active selling of Aftermarket sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers of Service products.
  • Create and manage opportunities by gathering customer needs and requirements and suggesting appropriate products or services.
  • Developing and delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations including: technical clarification and implementation strategy for non-standard Aftermarket sales products.
  • Prepare pricing and terms and conditions strategy.
  • Follow internal approval process including risk review and project summary, hand-over signed contracts to Service Operations.
  • Developing medium to long term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect and grow the relationship with targeted customers, including forecasting of demands.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration and/or economics will be the preferred one considering.
  • Technical degree or equivalent work experience and training.
  • Experience on selling products. Turbine and wind energy fundamentals will be an advantage.
  • English C1 & Spanish. German will be valued.
  • Commercial approach.
  • Ability to talk to the customers and convince for selling.
  • Focus on aftersales OI results.
