AI Automation Engineer / AI Agent Builder (m/f/d)

You will work as AI Automation Engineer / AI Agent Builder (m/f/d) embedded in the commercial function, building software solutions that directly improve how our sales teams operate. The role focuses on designing and implementing tools that reduce manual work and increase speed and accuracy in sales processes. You will collaborate closely with sales stakeholders and own the technical architecture of AI-driven and automated solutions.

 

YOUR TASKS
• Design and build AI-driven tools that automate sales processes, including quoting, proposal generation, and workflow orchestration
• Develop and maintain scalable software solutions as a Sales Agentic Engineer to improve efficiency across the global sales function
• Implement data pipelines, APIs, and integrations to connect structured and unstructured business data sources
• Create AI-powered applications such as document understanding agents and automated contract or RFP processing tools
• Deploy and manage cloud-based solutions on Azure, including CI/CD pipelines and system reliability
• Collaborate with sales teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and prioritise developments based on impact
• Continuously identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within sales operations using AI and modern tooling

 

YOUR PROFILE
• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong software engineering background with experience building and operating production-grade applications
• Hands-on experience with APIs, data pipelines, and automation of structured business processes
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and managing CI/CD pipelines in a production environment
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and understanding of AI applications in software engineering workflows
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse) is an advantage
• Ability to work closely with commercial teams and translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions
