Nordex Blades Spain SAU is looking for personnel in the plant located in Lumbier to cover the position of Supply Chain Technician. Having as main mission to guarantee the supply of the necessary materials for the plant in time, form and quantity, controlling and reviewing at the same time the supply chain, these would be the functions to be performed by the selected person:
TASKS:
- Ensure the supply of necessary materials according to the production plan, consumptions, optimal stock levels and supplier conditions.
- Control and monitoring of the supply chain; risk management.
- Supplier management with different procurement systems: JIT, Kanban, schedulling agreeement, PO, etc.
- Manage the relationship with suppliers, ensuring deliveries on time, quantity and service. Placing orders and tracking deliveries.
- Valid interlocutor between the supply chain department, internal customer, suppliers and other plant and global support functions.
- Transportation management, customs and tracking.
- Consumption analysis, ABC, costs, order status, hot topics/alarms, tracking, actions, ECM, supplier evaluation. Reporting, KPI compliance.
- Definición y gestión de niveles de stock óptimos, manteniendo los stocks medios definidos. Previsión y gestión de obsoletos, caducos y rechazos.
- Resolución de incidencias con proveedor, realización de no conformidades.
- Gestión incidencias en pedidos, recepciones y facturas.
- Mantenimiento bases de datos.
- Cumplir procedimientos y propuesta de mejoras.
PROFILE:
- FP, Degree or Bachelor Degree related to administration, logistics, foreign trade, or others.
- Additional training in planning, logistics, foreign trade, transport (including ADR).
- Experience with MRP
- Advanced level of Excel
- Intermediate English level
