Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

Define and implement technical processes associated with product quality, ensure regular update and improvement of blade traceability, non-conformity management, problem-solving and KPIs. Apply a systematic approach to quality assurance based on the technical aspects of WTG blade manufacturing in order to deploy a comprehensive, reliable and efficient quality management system.

Functions: 

 - Define and document all relevant quality procedures based on company and customers’ requirements, and ensure full implementation in Production in a timely manner.

- Manage internal and external blade or blade materials non-conformities.

- Create and manage customer documentation and blade traceability documentation.

- Support production by active participation in problem-solving and improvement action plans.

- Implement and participate in 8D, audits, MSA, PPAP activities and create associated reports and KPIs.

- Keep up-to-date procedures based on current company specifications and applicable normative requirements and defend such procedures during audits.

- Train other colleagues in measurement systems and reporting.

- Prepare budget for investments and operating expenses related to quality equipment and procedures such as calibration, homologation.

 

Profile: 

Qualification/Training: Bachelor’s in engineering or similar

Complementary Training: Composite Materials / other industrial related

Profile: Person with communication skills and initiative. Must have a high capacity for analysis and synthesis, problem-solving skills, and results-oriented.

Languages/Level: English B2-C1

Experience: Around 2 years of industry experience is required, in operational positions.

 

Other information: Knowledge about MS365 tools (Excel, PBi, other) and basic knowledge about ISO, DNV-GL normative and standards and Process statistic control
