TASKS:
- Monthly management of incidents to be included in the payroll of factory workers.
- Management of terminations, renewals, probationary period of workers by ETT.
- Operator assessment and follow-up with managers.
- Registration, termination, extensions... of workers in the system and documentation management.
- Writing and delivery of sanctions
- Preparation of incidences to be included in the settlements.
- Manage administrative tasks such as: daily attendance, contracts, payroll queries...
- Assist with departmental reports and KPIs,
PROFILE:
- Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration and Management or similar.
- Will be valued: Master's degree in Human Resources or relevant training in labor relations.
- Profile that has already worked in industrial HR departments. At least 4 years of professional experience in industrial manufacturing companies performing similar tasks
- English level: minimum B2.
- Communicative, approachable, decisive and teamwork skills.
