YOUR TASKS:
- Help the engineering team to define, plan, implement, analyze and improve the processes needed to manufacture WTG blades meeting the product, safety, quality, capacity, and cost requirements.
- Help to generate, convey, and update all the documentation (work procedures and instructions, training instructions; material, machinery and tooling specifications, test specifications and reports, layout, BOM, KPI tracking and action plans) necessary to support the process.
- Support blade production to maximize effectiveness and efficiency by assessing problems, deviations and opportunities and deploying solutions both in the short and long term.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Autonomous, result-driven, high initiative, willing to learn and take responsibility.
- English – Medium/High
- Structured and organized person, with a clear orientation to the result.
- Good communication skills.
