YOUR TASKS:
- Work procedures and instructions, and visual aids.
- Training of Production staff.
- Generation and update specifications and instructions for suppliers.
- Realization and documentation of process tests and materials.
- CAPEX management.
- Lists, Specifications, and Instructions for use of machinery and tools.
- Order requests, supplier tracking, validation.
- Planning of industrialization activities.
- Macro and micro layout.
- BOM: generation and upgrade.
- Change management and implementation plans.
- Monitoring of quality indicators, RCAs, and action plans.
- Monitoring of Production indicators, CT analysis and action plans.
- Monitoring of consumption indicators, analysis of deviations and action plans.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Master's degree in Engineering
- Valuable Composite Materials and Industrial management master degree
- Excel, VDA, ISO normative and standards.
- Process statistic control
- PLM – ERP
- Structured and organized person, with a clear orientation to the result.
- English adavanced and German valuable.
- Good communication skills.
