The Global Lean Specialist is responsible for driving operational performance, transformation, and capability building, giving support to the Blade Manufaturing. We are seeking a candidate who will act as a change agent, embedding a culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the organization in the Global Blades team performing the following tasks:

 

YOUR TASKS:

 

  • Lead the Lean Transformation Roadmap: This is the strategic responsibility that aligns Lean initiatives with business objectives
  • Implement and Sustain the Production System: A Lean Specialist must ensure that Lean is embedded in daily operations, not just run as isolated projects
  • Lead Cross-Functional Continuous Improvement Programs: Identify improvement opportunities across departments. Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops. Facilitate operational and transactional improvement projects. Drive measurable gains in productivity, cycle time, quality, inventory, and cost. Manage transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
  • Drive Structured Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis: Sustainable performance improvements depend on eliminating root causes, not fixing symptoms
  • Develop Lean Capabilities and Coach Leaders: creating a self-sustaining Lean culture

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Proven experience in lean manufacturing, preferably in the blade manufacturing or related industry (with supply chain processes and quality management systems
  • Strong knowledge of lean tools and methodologies, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis
  • Demonstrated experience leading Kaizens (operational & transactional), Continuous improvement and 3P workshops
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive change
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • C1 Spoken and Written English
