Blade Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) in Morocco

For our new blade supplier in Nador, Morocco we are looking for a Blade Quality Assurance Engineer being on site. 

 

YOUR TASK

 

  • Non conformity report management and handling review repair report and closure
  • Support plant by handle quality issues & solve with other cross function team
  • Review quality documents & set approval
  • Organize & handle customer inspection based on request. Closely work with plant/supplier for 8D
  • Follow up quality implementation & quality alerts
  • Customer claim handling
  • Monthly plant quality reporting to management.
  • Participating in quality audits as a Nordex Representative
  • Prepare quality reports and analyse to improve quality performance

 

YOUR PROFIL

 

  • Graduate in Engineering
  • Knowledge of blade manufacturing and quality assurance principles
  • Strong analytical problem solving
  • Knowledge in quality management (BD methodology, APQP4Wind, FMEA, MSA, SPC and etc.)
  • Able to understand engineering drawing & specification
  • Team player with good communication skills for independent cross-divisional activity
  • Very good knowledge of English and Arabic or French
  • Willingness to travel up to 10 %
  • Openness to work in shifts including the weekend
