HSE Concrete Tower Coordinator (m/f/d)

MISSION: Control the compliance of the preventive and protective measures set in the Company’s health and safety plan. Check whether these are effective or not, during the manufacturing process. Carry out the organization and control of environmental topics such as waste, emissions, chemical products, natural resources consumptions, as well as participate in HSE improvement projects.

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Develop the management ​systems and ensure ​compliance with ​legal requirements.
  • Elaborate the planning of preventive action and carry out a follow-up.
  • Creation of procedures and check the HSE points in the implementations. 
  • Detect risks on machinery tools or instruments. 
  • HSE department coordination. 
  • Control and define environmental KPI´S.
  • Promote actions to reduce energy consume, carbon footprint in CT area…
  • Control the achieve of HSE department objectives and also create the corrective measures to achieve it. 
  • Promote and/or coordinate the necessary training actions.
  • Evaluate risks and plan preventive tasks.
  • Verify compliance with safety regulations.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Experience with precast concrete/manufacture processes. 
  • Work experience in Health, Safety and Environment.
  • Knowledge of quality processes in relation to precast concrete infrastructures.
  • Postgraduate or degree in health and safety coordination.
  • Master’s degree in occupational risk prevention.
  • Advanced use of security-specific software
  • Know and apply the quality control system as well as standards and specifications.
  • Knowledge in country HSE law.
  • Knowledge in the application of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Leadership.
  • Proactive profile.
  • Communication skills and teamwork. 
  • Resolution of possible technical issues.
  • English is a must. Minimum B2 certificate.
