YOUR FUTURE ROLE IN A FEW WORDS

Within the Construction department and reporting to the Head of Project Managers Belgium, you will oversee the execution of wind farm construction projects, from contract signing to final acceptance.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects across all dimensions: safety, technical aspects, scheduling, budget, quality, and contractual compliance.

Position based in La Plaine Saint-Denis (93), with regular travel to sites in Belgium and occasional travel across Europe.

 

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall Project Management

  • Ensure full monitoring of one or more construction projects (from signature to handover)
  • Act as the internal project reference and main point of contact for the client (project owner)
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders

Operational Management

  • Planning: define, monitor, and adjust project schedules
  • Budget: manage costs, identify risks and opportunities
  • Quality: ensure compliance of works and deliverables
  • Contractual: manage commitments with clients and subcontractors

Safety (HSE)

  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements (PGC, internal standards)
  • Identify risks and implement preventive actions
  • Collaborate with HSE teams and site stakeholders

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with the Site Manager and site teams
  • Organize and lead project review meetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales, support)

 

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management
  • General knowledge of wind turbine operations
  • Languages: English required (minimum C1 level)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Driving license (B), mobility across France/Germany/Europe
  • Previous experience in management and project management preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in construction, ideally in wind energy, renewables, or energy sector

  • Frequent travel to sites in France and Belgium
  • Occasional travel across Europe
