Blade Coordinator (m/f/d)

YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS

• Creating short-, mid- and long-term planning for rotor blade inspections and repairs
• Coordinating multiple ISPs (Individual service providers) and external teams
• Clarifying repair procedures with our internal Technical Support Specialists for Blades
• Preparing, requesting and comparing quotations from ISPs
• Processing of rotor blade incidents in ServiceNow ticket support software
• Direct contact point for ISPs and local Service Operations teams
• Daily remote monitoring of performance of ISPs in the field
• Providing support for global tenders and qualification of ISPs
• Actively participating in creating and optimizing processes and concepts of technical and non-technical nature
• Providing trainings (where applicable) and sharing knowledge in expert networks
• Checking and approving of internal documentation (e.g. work instructions)
• Occasionally performing on-site audits on subcontractor works

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Related studies or comparable assimilated knowledge through experience
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in operational Blade Service business
• Good knowledge of blade service processes
• Professional level in ENGLISH, spoken and written;
