Lead Technician - Kelme (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS:
- Contractual availability of wind farms in their area
- Analyze defects on WTG’s where necessary in communication with LOM and other technicians
- Autonomously making repairs of turbines
- Carry out complex repairs with support of LOM/ back office
- Carry out planned maintenances and inspection activities
- Fill in reports and check lists to keep LOM customers informed of site activities
- Documentation and completion of Snag Lists from maintenance/PM/customers
- On-the-job training of new technicians in the area
- Cooperate with customer or site management
- Prioritizing emergency works to minimize downtime and costs
- Coordinate local teams and vehicles
- Condition and level of local stock
- Tools condition control of sub-contractors at site in cooperation with the other service technicians
- Comments and adjusting the availability report
- Daily briefing with the team
YOUR PROFILE:
We are looking for candidates located in Kelme or nearby
- Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship
- Driving License
- Computer literate, able to use MS Office and SAP MI and in house database and workload management systems
- Experience in coordinating a team
- Health and Safety awareness
- Systematic problem-solving behavior
- Strong communication skills
- Planning & organizing skills
- Customer orientated
- Willingness to travel
- Result orientated
- Ability to work under stressful conditions
