YOUR TASKS:
- Improvement processes for Major Correctives area and administrative tasks.
- Create templates for making easier the way to manage the MC in SAAPAC region.
- Support members of the MC area.
- Continuous improvement process with datasheets creation, being in touch with MC team.
- Reporting and registration of MC, feed reports and databases.
- Controlling and monitoring of tools and warehouse overview.
- Data analysis to get the key figures and trends of the area.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Administration or economy.
- MS office, Excel, SAP, Power BI advanced office knowledge.
- High level of written and spoken English.
- Flexible and able to adapt the daily activities according to the necessities of the company.
- Pro-active person, with initiative when facing issues and anticipating to them.
- Responsible and organized person, high sense of teamwork and analytical mindset.
