Claim Specialist (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• Working as a part of the Spain, Africa, APAC Region service team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the claim process in the region in order to ensure a max. return from warranty claims
• You would work closely with Service Operations, Material Management, Sourcing and Finance end to end claim management.
• Your role will be to drive the claim process in the region and will plays role to the profitability of your region.
• Develop and maintain a warranty administration system which ensures maximum return from warranty claims.
• Negotiate claim agreements with selected vendors.
• Negotiate claims and settlements for labour and material costs when rework and replacements are not specifically covered by established warranty agreements.
• Execute the agreement with 3rd party, close the claim ticket after execution of the agreement.
• Update claim KPI as well as improvement and training in the region.
• Coordinate all warranty actions with other departments eg Regional (Service Operations, technical support process, Material Management, Finance etc) Global/Corporate (spare parts, technical support, accounting, sourcing…).

YOUR PROFILE:

• Business Administration.
• Experience in claims management, working in matrix organization and will be a plus experience in wind industry.
• MS Oficce, SAP, Power Bi.
• High level of written and spoken English.
• Systematic working approach and problem-solving behavior.
• Flexible and stress resistant.
• Strategical mindset, able to deal with conflict, proactivity and collaboration.
