Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Engineer Electrolyzers (m/f/d)

YOUR TASK
- Definition and implementation of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance plans together with the technical team.
- Preparation and management of consumables inventories for maintenance, request for quotations and Definition of technical specifications for sourcing.
- Contact with suppliers for maintenance analysis and resolution of doubts.
- Search for alternative materials and components for the list of spare parts and consumables.
- Assembly and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, thermal, pneumatical and gas installations as well as instrumentation and control, which serve the testing facilities of
electrolyzers.
- Mechanical, hydraulic and electrical assembly and maintenance of test benches, prototypes and experimental facilities designed by the technical team of Nordex Electrolyzers.
- Mechanical and electrical assembly of experimental stacks designed by the Nordex Electrolyzers technical team.
- Participation in the commissioning and testing of equipment of the installations defined by the technical team.
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Industrial Engineering (mechanical or electric and electronical), Chemical Engineering or similar.
- Valuable knowledge in: Explosive atmospheres (ATEX); Hydrogen technologies; Pressurized gas installations; Low voltage installations; Chemical products handling.
- Fluent in English.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Mechanical Engineering defining the maintenance operations.
- At least 2 years of experience in assembly and maintenance of oil and gas industrial installations and/or pressurized gas installations and/or explosive atmospheres.
