We are looking for a Site Operations Business Analyst to join our Global PM Operations team, with a strong focus on Site Operations. This is a newly created role offering a great opportunity to shape and develop reporting, processes, and insights that support current and future project delivery across regions. 

You will work closely with the Regions and PM Excellence to ensure highquality reporting, analyse operational performance, and drive continuous improvement in site operations. 

Location: Finland, Sweden, the UK, or Germany 

YOUR TASKS  

  • Analyze site and project operational KPIs, identify trends, and support datadriven decisions 

  • Perform deep dives into project performance and create projectspecific reports for internal and external stakeholders 

  • Identify data quality issues and support regions with corrections, guidance, and training materials 

  • Support the rollout of new reporting tools and processes, including the transition from Upvise to Osapiens 

  • Review and improve site business processes in collaboration with PM Excellence 

  • Develop and enhance site operational KPIs and standardized reporting, explaining both what the data shows and why it matters 

  • Support regional site operations with contractor assessments, using lessons learned and best practices 

  • Collaborate with other global and regional functions to align KPIs, reporting, and new initiatives 

  • Provide data and reporting support across Site Operations functions when required 

 

YOUR PROFILE  

  • Solid handson experience in Site Operations, particularly WTG installation 

  • Strong knowledge of Upvise (or equivalent site reporting tools) 

  • Experience with BI reporting, SAP, and advanced Microsoft tools 

  • Project management experience, including planning and stakeholder communication 

  • Fluent in English 

  • Proactive, structured, and solutionoriented 

  • Strong analytical skills with an endtoend mindset 

  • Takes ownership and works well both independently and in teams 

  • Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills 

  • Wellorganized, able to prioritize effectively, and health & safety aware 

  • Willing to travel when required
